We are looking for a hostel receptionist to join our team in jabal Al Hussain Amman. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong command of the English language.
The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, answering inquiries about the hostel, registering guests and providing them with any necessary information. They will also handle all incoming payments and manage the booking system.
A friendly and helpful attitude is essential, as well as a good understanding of customer service. The receptionist must be able to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Experience in the hospitality industry is highly desirable but not essential.
This role requires someone who can think on their feet, solve problems quickly and provide a high level of customer service to ensure that all guests have an enjoyable stay at our hostel.
